Layout & Images

Main Level Floor Plan

The main level has a footprint of 1,864 square feet and features an open concept living area (Great Room, Kitchen, & Dining). The raised ceiling center area contrasts with the flat kitchen ceiling, emphasizing that rustic barn aesthetic. The heavy-timber post and beam system really sets it off! The Master Suite is impressive, with a large bathroom, shower, and closet. Three large windows, post and beams, and an exit to the covered porch make this Master Suite feel like its own little cabin.

Loft Level Floor Plan

The upper level is 496 square feet of livable space. Housing a full bathroom, a closet, and a hang-out area, loft level residents only need to make their way downstairs for laundry and dinner. The (hay)loft features heavy timber stairs, iron picket railing, vaulted ceilings throughout, heavy timber rafters, and a post from floor to ridge, providing a great look from the main level, and an excellent view out of the great room window wall. Clerestory windows used on the loft level give an authentic barn-living feel from the inside and out.
